The option of returning is not available. It was so exciting for my teenager when I received my double package today. During the time she was sitting on my leather sofa, my wife opened the package and oil had squirted out from the plain soup base in the packaging. As a result, the leather is now stained with oil. When I attempted to contact the seller on Amazon, I just kept getting redirected to a message saying, "this seller does not accept returns. ". It has never been my experience to feel like Amazon simply wasted my money on an order. I have been an Amazon customer since 1999. In one package, there were 4 months left until expiration, while in the other, it was a full nine months. As it all went in the trash, I can't comment on the taste. Sorry to hear that.
You can get a better long-term experience if you buy cheaper elsewhere. The flavors don't seem to be the same as at the restaurant, and as a result, the oils or something else in this packet of food can upset my stomach. Maybe it would be better to purchase from a local Asian market or another brand - There is no consistent experience to be had in these packages, no matter how nice and fancy they may appear to be. One company that is cheaper ($3 per packet) delivered a much better experience, so I think some testing with more easily accessible brands may yield Despite the heat, it is a good tasting coffee - But I don't like the plain flavor very much and I don't like the hot price I don't know if the oil is of the highest quality or if it was bad luck, but it didn't agree with me like the food at the official.
To the spicy flavored soup base, I added a little beef bone broth, and it turned out perfect! My experience felt like dining at a restaurant with hot pot.
Spicy is not that spicy. So I'm not sure why others are claiming it to be spicy. Generally speaking, they are both heaty and not too different from each other. It was easy to prepare and follows clear instructions. It does taste a little strong on my tongue, but I think that is what makes it taste so This is a great choice for those who want to experiment with.
In addition to the two large pouches, there is also an oil mix and a small pouch with fermented black beans in the hot packet. Putting all the ingredients into the pot and letting them simmer for a while is all you need to do. This is bad! It was today, and I just came back to make more purchases. This is my first review, and I'm delighted to do so!.
Our discovery of hot pot cooking finally came to fruition! Compared to other forms of cooking, hot pot cooking is quite convenient, as there is little preparation of materials and each person cooks their own food. I enjoyed making this soup base very much! Then, I found one bag of the exact soup base at our local Asian food mart for $5, so I avoided Amazon and purchased this at my local supermarket instead. Therefore, I will begin to buy products from the Asian grocery store. In spite of that, the soup is absolutely delicious!.
There is no reason to buy this again and it does not deserve a recommendation.
My order of the combo arrived. In lieu of the old version that is pictured, I received the new one. Although I would gladly accept the new version given that it is more expensive, I am actually looking forward to the older spicy version because it is much spicier and more painful compared to the new.
