Two cups of water are fine, and the gravy will be fine. You can also make the gravy creamier and better by adding one cup of water and one cup of milk. I don't care which way I slice it, it's I love it so much, my family loves it too.

Purchase this item at your own risk! Two cups of gravy can be made with one package! I guess the person who said they got six packages was just lucky!.
