Saving time is one positive, but there is no worry of sausage spoiled. This has been taken off the shelves of grocery chains, but I have no idea why. It was the first time I tried to order through Amazon but, back then, the vendor (not this one) sent a post-best-by date, so I suspected it was a fake and checked the best-by date immediately, That's no problem at all! In the unlikely event that the world reopens, we will also have it with us in our camper.
So many different things can be done with this sausage gravy. This is a good mixer to use for biscuits and gravy on a nice Sunday morning for breakfast or for smothering fried chicken to make southern-style This gravy is full of flavor and will satisfy any need to dip your chicken into something. Having used this gravy for quite a few years and moving to the East Coast, I now have to order it in order to obtain it.
Having used this for years, I highly recommend it. My favorite way to use it is If I don't have biscuits, I may also have it on an English muffin. Having been using Williams Gravy mix for more than 10 years, I can highly recommend it. Whenever you want to make Sausage Gravy to be used with biscuits, I think this is the best way to prepare it. As a general rule, I keep a few packs handy in case I need them. When I used the mix last, it was for an office party, and I used three packs of it.
