Even though the Shimousa Ponzu sauce is expensive, it is well worth the money. This product is excellent in design, flavor, and consistency. It's neither too salty nor too citrusy, and the consistency is excellent. The Shimousa Ponzu sauce will enrich the flavor of any Asian dish you enjoy, from sushi to low me in. The next time I buy, I will definitely do so.

I ended up buying this ponzu because it was more expensive than others available, but it was worth the cost because the flavor it had was more pronounced than others I I like it especially on vegetables and fish that have been grilled.
