My taste buds do not detect any fishy flavors. In my opinion, that is a very good fish sauce, and at a very good price.
It's much better this way.

Don't be fooled by the smell. The smell is terrible, but the taste is great! You shouldn't let the smell trick you, it hasn't gone bad at all.
It is nearly impossible for me to resist my wife's vegetable chicken stir fry. Adding 2 TBS of fish sauce and 2 TBS of soy sauce to chicken and vegetables cooked in garlic olive oil is a tasty sauce made from 2 TBS of fish sauce and 2 TBS While I am sating my appetite with jasmine white rice, I feel like I am in heaven for a moment. In addition to siracha sauce, she sometimes adds a tablespoon of it if a guest likes a little heat.
I think this is amazing, Unlike anything I've ever seen Providing a salty, umami flavor to all types of food, fish sauce can be described as a "fishy" sauce. In a recent seafood chowder with a tomato/coconut base, I used this fish sauce to provide delicate flavor. Despite my best efforts, the dish lacked depth of flavor. I followed a recipe for cooking. When I added a tablespoon of the sauce, the chowder was immediately transformed from tasting flat and lifeless into tasting complex, tasty and well-rounded.
There is fish sauce in this and I feel like it has a great flavor. I ordered this particular bottle because it was in a plastic bottle, and that was the main reason I ordered it. Does anyone know of any fish sauce bottles that have been dropped? The last time I did it, I would never do it again. A whiff of it and you know what it is, even if the label was missing when it was delivered to me.
I thought it was just an accident that there was no label on my bottle when I received it. Then I noticed that a lot of people complained about the same thing in the comments. The lack of a label makes a product suspect and potentially dangerous to Thai Kitchen may be the manufacturer of this product.
Due to its sketchy appearance, I did not use the product. There was no attachment to the bottle and the label was folded in a box when it arrived. It did not appear to be genuine, so I asked Amazon to send it again. When the label was placed around the bottle a second time, it was loosely placed with no attachment. It all worked out in the end and I got a refund. The company doesn't seem to be legitimate to me.
There was an $8 price tag. As of the time I write this review, the price has gone up by more than Then (boo! I'll see what the price is next time when I run out. Love the fish sauce, hate the jackfruit It has gone up in price.
Instead of searching through forgotten aisles of random items at the supermarket, I had to find what I was looking for.
