What is the accuracy of the product label? When my friend, who went to Phu quoc, had never heard of this brand, no one knew about it.?

It's not important to brand Its important to note that this is an export brand. At the end of the day it's made on Phu Quoc Island. I spent two years in Viet Nam in the decade before I left the country and the best place to stay was Phu Quoc nouc mam Johnnie Walker Scotch bottles were used to deliver them, but I guess those of us who emptied the JW bottles left, so it had to be a different style of bottle.

In the past few days, I've been reading a new cookbook called Nom Nom with healthier paleo options and asian twists. My refrigerator contained fish sauce that I had purged when I cleaned out I used the Red Boat sauce in a new recipe that tasted great. I used it in a past recipe that was only used for A recipe. However, it is hard to say that the brand of fish sauce made the dish great, nor can I say that the brand did not make the dish great. As I don't know what fish sauces are different from others, but since it came recommended by the author, who was steering me toward healthier foods, I concluded that this may be a healthier option. For that reason, I recommend the products I put in my body since I want to make sure they won't hurt me later!.

Unlike so many other products on the market, this is a Paleo product. It contains no sugar, no strange ingredients, and the anchovies are fermented traditionally! Wow, all you need are two ingredients, and the salt is even sea salt. As a seasoning for authentic Thai and Vietnamese dishes, fish sauce, as well as other fish sauces, are our favorites. Although it is used as a condiment, we don't like the taste it is a bit too fermented and fishy. The fish sauce tastes great when whisked in with other ingredients, such as coconut aminos, actual fermented soy sauce, garlic, ginger, lime juice, etc. I include a photo of a Vietnamese salad I prepared with a soy sauce vinaigrette.

The one fish sauce I used for all of my dishes was Squid brand fish sauce, until a few years ago I discovered Phu Quoc fish sauce. Having just been introduced to Red Boat by a friend, I find that it is well worth the few extra pennies per serving, even if it is pricey. Many other traditional brands have a harsh flavor profile, but the Red Boat brand has a robust flavor profile without the harshness. The Phu Quoc is still the most important ingredient in my curries etc. There is often a mixture of ingredients in Fish sauce, but if I want something for dipping sauces or salads I use Red Boat You will understand the reason for the price difference when you side-by-side compare the fish sauce that we sell.

Those old days when I was thin and young bring back memories. Among the best accommodation in Viet Nam, Nouc Mam Phu Quoc was widely regarded as the best. The bottles came in an old Johnnie Walker style. With a few changes to the bottles, it is still the same and as good as it gets. As a member of the Vietnamese Navy Junk Force's advisory team I ate with my Vietnamese colleagues every day and I came to love nouc mam (literally, the term "fish water") as the preferred seasoning for almost everything. You will like it if you try it.

The auto-recommendation led me to purchase this product This recipe is based on the Immune Protocol (AIP) and the Paleo diet. My recipes have been enhanced by using this, and I have enjoyed the way it adds a layer of flavor. It seems that a little (a few dashes) goes a long way, so feel free to experiment at first. The bottle states that it contains only There should be 1 tbsp of salt with 1 small anchovy, so 1 tbsp contains 1 anchovy. There are 43 grams of sodium in 43 grams of water. Thus, please consult yourself / your health care provider if you have high blood pressure. As for the rest, the tbsp has 15 calories, no fat, carbs, or sugar, 100 mg potassium, and 4 grams of Authentic Vietnamese food that should be refrigerated once opened. Although I am trying to cater to the AIP/Paleo diet, I am pleased with the extra flavoring.
