Others open the lid in a different manner. It's a chore for me. It's incredibly tight, and the tiny tab is even more so. I use a knife to cut things with. ?

I place a kitchen towel under the tab and use my thumb to push it up. The towel protects your thumb while still requiring a lot of force. It's the tiniest lid I've ever seen, but I suppose you don't want the smell of fish sauce to pervade your refrigerator.

How much sodium is there in this dish?

a tablespoon of 1430 mg

Is the information on the packaging correct? When my friend went to visit the island of Phu Quoc, no one had heard of this brand. ?

Although I am no expert, I found it to be superior to other fish sauces I have tried. I hope this information is useful.

It's got an odd odor to it. And you can get this bottle for only $4 at Trader Joe's.
