The other day, I made kimchi and I used this. I was impressed with how well it turned out. The kimchi tastes so good when drizzled over that I put it on top is delightfully smoky and slightly smoky, like an oil of the sea. There's a dish I've had with squid ink that comes to mind.

I enjoyed it a lot! This Fish Sauce is great for those of us who must stay gluten free while enjoying Asian foods! The spice isn't too salty, so it makes a great addition to veggie or meat dishes! Additionally, when I ferment veggies, I use it, and I will continue to buy it

I use it as a secret weapon to cook all of my stirfry dishes. Due to its low carb/low sugar nature, this sauce is highly favored by me. It would be a shame to have a barren fridge without you!.
