It is really good to have sweet chili sauce so frequently. As well as eating it as a dip, I use it to cook with. I put 6 skinless chicken thighs in my slow cooker and added a bottle of Thai Kitchen Sweet Red Chili Dipping Sauce on top. The cooking takes about 6 hours on low. The food is delicious. There is no need for too much spice. It is not uncommon for me to take out the chicken and instead add some instant ramen noodle packets (without seasoning packets), let the noodles sit in the slow cooker for about 15 minutes, then add back in the shredded chicken. I like it because it is.
