To make tamales, I mixed the chili powder with water. (To flavor the meat and color the masa while it is cooking. Mexico, tamales have an extensive range in flavors. They are typically wrapped in corn husks or banana leaves. Among the chillis commonly used are the guajillo, the arbol, the pasilla, the jalapeo and the habanero. My whole adventure in making tamales was to cut down the time from all day to 2 hours (from begining to end) and to have only one person involved. It is excellent combined with the powder form of red chillies. I used the pepper powder mix and I measured it to my taste. It enables me to make them at a moment's notice to celebrate any occasion.

Instead of making my own powder, I didn't want to get the actual peppers. This is the base that I would use as a enchilada sauce for a recipe I found on YouTube that seemed to be very reliable. Currently, I am experiencing mild-to-moderate symptoms of There wasn't much heat tolerance here, and the enchilada sauce was too hot for me. We are saying not to eat this dish because it's more like the red pepper seasoning you get at the grocery store to add heat to a recipe. We were hoping to love it but nonetheless couldn't. There were a number of things I tried to fix the sauce, but none worked.

Searched all over the internet for guajillo peppers whole and came across this site. This is a fantastic It is easy to prepare a meal with this ground spice because it does not require soaking. It tastes great, has a great color, and has a great smell. This product was used in a Night Market Noodles recipe that was a big hit and I can't wait to use it in a quick tamale or enchilada sauce. I highly recommend it.
