The sauce is a sweet version of Garlic and red chili flakes are tasted as well as sweetness and salt. For my taste, the salt content is a little overwhelming.
The product is shipped to us by G L Distributors from LA Claif, but we ship it to customers with the US Postal Service
As well as the broken bottle, I received one that was damaged. A refund was issued to me after I contacted customer service.
One of my two bottles broke in the delivery, but the company replaced it for no extra charge.

No refund will be given! The product is excellent and I love it, but I had an issue with a broken bottle in my last shipment. Though I was trying to move the box to the kitchen quickly, the sauce oozed all over my porch and dripped onto my floors. I tried to do a return/refund thing but was told that I would not be able to do that with Having now left me with a ruined bottle with no sauce and another bottle covered with the sauce from the other bottle, causing the label to deteriorate. What's even sadder is that I am one of many people experiencing the same problem. I need to speak to someone about that. Whom should I contact?.
Is it time for a replacement? There's a great smell coming from this. It has not been possible for me to get a replacement for the broken bottle from the brand. This product is really good, but I won't buy it again as you don't replace.
It is not possible for them to offer returns or to restore damaged items. This was a waste of money for me. This is not at all what I had in mind.
In the box was a bag filled with sauce, and when we opened the bag, we found it to be smeared all over with sauce. There was sauce all over one of the bottles and the taper seal had been broken. A bottle with a broken seal or a tamper evident seal cannot and will not be trusted to be consumed.

A stir fry dish or barbecue sauce will be more spicy with the addition of this seasoning. Nevertheless, it's quite hot today, so you'll want to dress accordingly. It was great to find the two large bottles in perfect condition as they arrived wrapped in bubble wrap. It is completely intact and has no cracks. Now that I have enough sweet chili sauce to last a while, I don't need to buy again.
