It's a good product, but it's too expensive
3/5

I like the taste of the sauce. Though, I think the $5 price tag is a bit to high. I think the seller would make more sense if they charged.

Due to the fact that I cannot return the item, I have thrown it out. The item was ordered for a meal I was preparing to make tomorrow and I am unsure of what to do with it. Frustrated to the point of being insane.

It appears that the original order got As I suspected that the shipping process had damaged the glass lids, I requested As part of the replacements, all jars have been activated with the freshness seal. In this situation, the jars and food would have been hot during the canning process, and therefore the product would have to have been cold when loaded into the canister. The cooling process then causes the pressure inside the jar to decrease, which enables the lid to remain in place, preventing it from popping off. a good thing and not a safe one. I boiled the jars for several days before discovering they had all gone bad.

The item has been incorrectly identified
3/5

There is a distinction between the website labeled it as chili bean sauce, and the product on the jar (green color) is chili garlic sauce. It is important to note that both of these sauces are completely different, and are used for different kinds of On the white paper label on the cap, it says So, I am of the opinion that the manufacture labeled the product incorrectly. The Amazon return policy does not allow me to return the item. The disappointment is too much for me.

Wow! This is great stuff! There is a specific recipe I bought this for I made a stir-fry with pork, watercress and shiitake mushrooms Then fry it
5/5

It first caught my attention, straight from the jar, as it had a nice heat, with a broad fermented bean flavor profile. I used it for that dish, and I have used it for several others when I want to complement a prepared dish. Heat up the frying pan with a nice amount of heat and fry A mouthwatering mixture of umami flavor.
