Date Lady Organic Sweet Chili Sauce | No Corn Syrup or Cane Sugar | No Added Flavors or MSG (24 Oz)

I've tried (and enjoyed) a variety of sweet chili sauces from name brands, Trader Joe's, and Aldi, but I wanted to try something different. This is something I came across that seems to fit the bill. The flavor profile is distinct while also being familiar. The basic sweet heat premise is present, but the date-based recipe grounds this sauce in ways that corn syrup or cane sugar could not. Except for the fact that the sauce is now much more of a supporting character than a mere extra, this has no effect on how it can be used. For simple dishes such as egg rolls or fried wontons, this makes all the difference. Give it a shot-br>br> It's a good thing I did!.

So tasty. I was able to get rid of three bottles of different grocery store chili sauces after using this chili sauce. This is a much better one. The flavors aren't as "fakey" as they were in the others. I've put it on rice and noodle dishes, as well as cream cheese crackers. Each of these was given a significant boost in flavor. It's a little spicy, but not too much. For drizzling, this is the perfect consistency. I'm going to order some more as soon as I finish this review.

The bottle it comes in, however, is not good at all, the tip needs to be snipped off to squeeze the sauce out, we had to keep snipping it more and more as the pepper seeds clogged the tip, when you squeeze the bottle, sauce runs down the tip and bottle making a mess everywhere, this sauce is expensive, you would think they could use a better bottle for the price, this is a huge disappointment and I am not sure I will buy it again. For the bottle, I deducted one star.

Date Lady's chili sauce, on the other hand, is sweet enough to counteract the burning sensation. It's also incredibly tasty!.

These aren't my favorite foods, but I've decided that eating them is necessary for my health. I occasionally toss in some fruit or other vegetables to the salad. The salad is made even better by using the Sweet Chili Sauce as a dressing, or in addition to it.

I was a little concerned because it is quite pricey, and I had to order two bottles to get a better deal, but I needn't have worried; It was well worth the time and effort. My husband, who does not eat healthily, enjoys it as well. This is something I'll definitely order again!.

It's thick, sweet, and spicy all at the same time. We place a high value on clean ingredients, so knowing that it's free of them is reassuring. When my son was three years old, he tried it for the first time and immediately fell in love with it. It goes well with anything from chicken to pot stickers as a dipping sauce. In our house, this is a must-have!.

Please accept my apologies; it simply does not taste right. If I were you, I'd keep trying new things and comparing them to Mae Ploy. I was just looking for a healthier version of Mae Ploy or Gramma's. It needs to be tarter and less sweet, in my opinion. The dates have a strong sweetness to them.
