I enjoy its taste as well as its texture. There's no comparison to the best pasta I've ever had. It always cooks up beautifully firm and it always has an excellent taste. It's worth the extra cost. After having it you won't want to buy cheap pasta again.

I love it a lot! The pasta is definitely different than what's available in the United States. It will be the only pasta you will ever need if you like spaghetti. Moreover, it actually cooks a lot quicker and doesn't make a cake-like mess like most traditional pasties do.

The best pasta you will ever eat

This delicious pasta dish is topped with ricotta, ricotta cheese and lightly grated parmigiano reggiano and served with butter, olive oil, garlic, Roma tomatoes, and basil sauce. There is a great sense of bite and texture to the pasta. I definitely will buy again, excellent food!.
