Noodles could have been fine except that they were shipped in an envelope that was way too large and had no padding, so the pasta was very flimsy and got crushed. The goods cannot be returned, so there's no point in trying to get them back. I highly recommend you look somewhere else.
My only complaint about this pasta is that it was too salty. The garlic oil noodle recipe served as inspiration for ordering it, but I will also be using it for other recipes. Its thickness imparts a hearty flavor, and its hole in the middle (which is like a straw) encourages the sauce to flow through it. You can boil it more easily as well. Bucatini is not available at the grocery stores anymore. Whenever you want a thick sauce, you should use this pasta.
These are way too expensive! When I saw this on The Kitchen, I knew I had to try it. I'll use regular pasta next time.
This sauce soaks up all of the sauce like you'd never.
