Gluten is present in this product The gluten structure, according to my understanding, is related to its DNA. In comparison, the ancient grains have just a few DNA structures, whereas the current wheat has around 250. The Einchorn cheese I eat has no side effects for me, but I am not gluten-intolerant. Celiac disease is running in my family, and my sister has a few minor issues with Einchorn. Steer clear of the dangers. Based on my own experience, I can only offer this opinion.

In 2011, I decided to give up gluten because of intestinal damage I've developed as I aged. As a result, the pain went away. In other words, expensive enzymes just to eat a piece of toast.
