There are many things I like about this product. It works out great with the noodle size. You can taste what you cook it with because it absorbs the flavor of whatever you cook it In the end, I cannot actually distinguish between them once they are cooked. Unlike other noodles, these noodles retain their shape in soups and do not disintegrate.
My only complaint is that the cans arrive with dents, which is not the fault of the manufacturer. It is the shipping package that causes the damage.
