The soy in my favorite GF pasta noodles helps add protein and structure to the dish. Gluten-free pasta is nearly identical to wheat pasta, and friends who aren't GF assume that I cook regular pasta for them.
In this pasta, there is no corn. There are three ingredients in the recipe It is composed of organic rice flour, organic rice starch, organic potato starch, organic soy flour, and In addition to soy and corn products, the product is made in a facility that processes both.
I found it interesting that the ingredients on the nutrition label of my Bionaturae Spaghetti are organic brown rice, organic white rice flour, and organic yellow lentil flour. My understanding is that you are looking at something else. The flour used in this recipe does not contain soy. Could it be that the seller you are looking at has an error in the description of the
White organic rice flour and brown organic rice flour are both used. Regardless of what is in it, it's the best gluten free pasta I have ever tasted. And I have tried a lot of different kinds. Since I can buy this one so easily, I will never buy any other brand.

The order was placed in early spring and arrived without a hitch. I have ordered this pasta before, and it was made with corn, soy, and rice, but last time I ordered it I had lentil and rice instead, which was not what I had I'd keep it and eat it, but it doesn't taste as good as it did the first time. Once again, I ordered thinking they couldn't make the same mistake twice, sending the wrong product. But they did. More rice and lentils. Don't order from us again. It doesn't seem like they are sending what they advertise.
It was such a great recipe back then. You can tell the company to change the recipe back (or sell both recipes together). Unlike the old recipe, this new one contains brown rice, which I cannot eat. White rice was used instead of brown rice in the old recipe. Many prefer white rice over the new recipe, as it has a lighter feel and taste. The new recipe also has lentils and is not as tasty. complain about the new recipe and ask the company to change it back to the old one on the company's website. There is a "contact us" form on the site. They will probably change it back (or at least sell both recipes at the same time) if they get enough people to do it. While I understand why so many organic companies think that every product used in your body is healthy and natural, Brown rice is the only rice product that a health-conscious person wants. The product also needs to be made with white rice. If you cannot do both, then do white rice and leave out the brown rice since that is more widely accepted and widely available I tolerated it. It's not just wheat but also rice that has issues, since grains' bran is a big troublemaker for many people. Brown rice intolerance is generally milder than whole wheat intolerance, but is still a problem, especially for those who are sensitive.
It is the same spaghetti that I have ordered before. My package arrived today, and the recipe was rice and lentil spaghetti, a new one that was not described on the Amazon site. My order from Amazon has not been able to be returned since I am not able to eat lentils.
The reason they are no longer selling it is a bit strange we used to buy it at Whole Foods. The pasta has been replaced with this over the past 10 years in place of wheat or corn pasta. Our family has tried all other brands and types of wheat and corn free pasta out there, and this one has the best texture by far. Thank you so much for still having this product available to buy.
Pasta that has ceased to be available on the market was traditionally the best. The lentils have now been added and the taste is awful! The idea of changing something that was perfect strikes me as absurd.
For gluten-free spaghetti, this will be the only one i buy going forward. This thin blade is almost angelic in appearance This is like hair spaghetti, but it is delicious and not starchy (if you cook it long Al dente (not to be cooked. ) It is so nice to have that pasta craving satisfied without the sticky ingredients.
There are 12 bags in the box! The food cannot be returned, so I won't be able to return it.
understand how people feel upset about how the recipe got changed without their knowledge. Yet, I am not bothered about As lentils are very healthy for you, I'm fine with substituting them for the rice. Despite the fact that these noodles are GF, they remain a good quality product and are amazing for cooking al dente and not becoming soggy like many other GF pastas. Furthermore, they come from Italy and they are organic. It would be nice if they were a little less expensive. The next time I buy, I'll buy it again!.
