I was surprised at how light these were above regular elbow macaroni. Their only discernible difference was that they taste "lighter". Despite the lack of gluten, the texture was still good, not grainy like some gluten free products. The light is just enough. In my test, I used chicken stock concentrate, sour cream, butter, and a splash of pasta water to make a white sauce. The dish was delicious when I added some coarsely chopped bacon and sauteed shallot to it.

I hate it! The box looked like it had more than one! On Amazon, I can buy 3 boxes for 14 dollars and have bought a case at a time in the past. Ten dollars for one box is something I never would have thought of paying.

The taste was good, and the texture was good as well. I found it to not mix with the cheese as well as I would have liked, but with the knowledge that perhaps next time I could alter my preparation. This dish will be on my menu again due to its good taste.
Exactly what I was looking for when I searched for wheat macaroni. The family did not realize it was gluten free, even though it tasted good. Cooked to al dente, the pasta does not fall apart and turn to mush.
