It works well when unexpected company shows up. My family absolutely adores these tortellini and they are a pantry essential. When unexpected young people (AKA bottomless pits) drop in unexpectedly, it is easy to make them and stretch all kinds of dinner items. Add them to chili, Alfredo, or spaghetti sauce to make a tasty meal. Adding some sauteed garlic and spinach leaves to olive oil and sautéed spinach leaves will help wilt the spinach leaves. With roasted pepper and eggplant and tomato and tortellini, you can make a warm salad using olive oil and vinegar. Fresh tomato, basil, garlic, onion and capers can be combined with a vinaigrette dressing to make a cold salad. In addition to butter and parsley, you can use them as a side dish. You don't want to know what I'm talking about.

You are NUTS! It was a delight to eat the pasta. This dish was made in a delicious marinara sauce and it held the sauce perfectly I like my mama's pasta just the way it is. In this pasta, the major difference is that it is cut from BRONZE rather than the usual method The pasta you cut using bronze will have a nicer texture that will hold on to it much more.
