The answer is that it holds up well as long as you don't overcook it. As far as I can recall, I have even reheated it in the microwave the following day.

In addition, I am sensitive to grains like corn unless they are truly organic made from grass-fed cattle. I am now allergic to soy, barley, buckwheat, oats, and rye. As a result of my diagnosis, I have been forced to try every food product known to man in order to find processed substitutes for the food I grew up category of noodles, I can say that this is the best one I have found in the last 8 years, and as long as you cook it properly it would compete with any non-moist variety. There is no competition in terms of taste, texture, and quality between GF and non-GF. Put in your noodles and bring to a rolling boil for three minutes, then add more boiling water as necessary with a couple of sprinkles of salt, the secret is to use more boiling water than you think you need. I like to cook my potatoes for about 4 minutes on medium heat and then turn the heat down to about 8 or 9 degrees c We still have 12 minutes left. Ensure that they are being tested every few At the point when the texture reaches al dente, give them 1 Continue cooking them for another 2 minutes (you can reheat your water if necessary) and then take them out as soon as they've gone beyond the al dente stage of cooking. As long as they are cooking to perfection, the food will remain delicious. You can even reheat them as leftovers. Despite the fact that my wife absolutely hates GF foods, she eats this product willingly and uses it in both her mother's and her own dishes Macs are demanded by the family - A great cheese recipe. I cannot emphasize enough how good this product is and how it has made noodles a very viable option in my diet. Prices for the 8 oz box are less than $4, which is a bargain for the quality, enjoyment and peace you get in return I'm thinking of.
Unlike rice pastas, it does not have the corn taste that other quinoa pastas have, and it is not mushy like rice pastas. There is nothing special about it. It just tasted like the semolina pasta I used to eat when I was young. I say YAY!.
It is disappointing to see rice listed as the first ingredient on the package even though I haven't yet cooked anything with it. There should have been a disclosure about that in the product description, according to me.
When I was a kid, Andean Dream gluten free spaghetti noodles were the best. They were thick like regular wheat noodles, did not break easily after cooking, and only needed 11 minutes to cook. I did not turn the water into a thick starch soup after 12 minutes. Wheat noodles tasted the same as they did before. In the last shipment, the noodles looked different from the package and the ingredients were the same, but the noodles were not. Now, the noodles are very thin and break easily after cooking, so they should be cooked for another 14 minutes. This process changes the water into a thick starch soup after 16 minutes. It looks just like the cheap rice noodles you find in your local grocery store, cooks just like them, and tastes just like them too. Despite my best efforts, I have been disappointed. This is the last time I'll buy these noodles!.
I had to go gluten free due to family members suffering from gluten allergies. This was the first product that does not only not taste horrible but actually tastes like real spaghetti in terms of My fear is that people will jack up the price even more if they find out! It has fewer alternatives than many out there, so it is unfortunate if they discontinue it due to lack of interest. It's a good product, so buy it!.
This pasta is one of my favorites. The price is quite high, but the product is worth every penny. The box is huge and I buy it that way. I make this pasta for the entire family. It can also be used in Italian, Chinese, or for just about anything that needs This is my favorite and it is yummy to my stomach. One of its best features is that it does not break up like rice pasta. You can easily dip it in sauce and it will hold its shape.
So that's that. In order to guarantee I will not run out of anything, I purchase from Amazon in bulk.
Here is an alternative to traditional pasta that you won't be disappointed with! A delicious dish when served with Raos tomato sauce and Parmiggiano Reggiano. Despite the fact that it is a bit more expensive than traditional pasta, it is much more filling and healthier Although the pasta box is half the weight of traditional pasta, I eat half as much of it as I normally do because it fills me up so well.
