Lentils are all we have. It's quite tasty, particularly the macaroni and cheese. However, after cooking any bean pasta, I always rinse it off to remove any starchy residue in the water.

I bought this to provide some variety in my daughter's diet, and she loves pasta, so I figured this would be a good alternative she'd enjoy. The good news is that she did manage to consume it. I was a little worried because, despite being green lentil pasta, it was extremely red. I'm guessing I got the red lentil pasta instead, which is fine because my daughter doesn't have any allergies, but if she did, I'd be worried about getting something that didn't match the ingredients. The flavor was good, but the texture was chewy and dry.
Pasta is excellent. I adore the flavor and texture of this dish. In comparison to other brands, my children prefer this one. Other brands (the one with the bright orange box. . . you know the one) seem to have customers complaining about how "funny" it tastes or how heavy it is. However, they believe they are eating "normal pasta" when they eat this. ” Ha! Kids. However, I would warn those who do not normally eat legumes that eating this much fiber in one meal WILL have a positive impact on their digestive system, if you understand what I mean. If you don't eat lentils or fiber on a regular basis, I recommend starting with this as a side dish.
This pasta was a no-no for me; I couldn't eat it. It will not soften and will have an unpleasant flavor. br>I frequently prepare lentils and lentil soup, so I am a fan of lentils. This is the only thing that tastes bad.
Sorry.
This green lentil rotini was perfect in salads and with pesto sauce while I was on a green cleanse. Make sure it's al dente (firm). br>br>After a bad experience with another edamame brand pasta, I decided to try again, and I was pleasantly surprised!.
The flavor and texture were both disappointing. The hunt for delectable gluten-free dishes goes on!.
This wheat pasta substitute outperforms wheat pasta in terms of taste and texture. It cooks al dente and has a wonderful texture and flavor.
I really like this brand and would recommend it to others.
It has a pleasant flavor and is quite filling. I'm allergic to a lot of foods, and this is the only one I can eat without getting sick.
