Organic Millet Rotini, 8.8oz, New Concept Pasta (12)

Millet Pasta is one of my favorites. They have a similar flavor to flour pasta but are far more nutritious. This vendor is fantastic. They took care of it after I received the incorrect product. If you haven't already, I recommend giving millet pasta a try; it's delicious and much healthier.

My son eats half a box of pasta with pesto sauce almost every day. This has been a godsend after he was diagnosed with UC and had to go on a Lectin-free diet. His diet is now bearable because of this pasta.

I really like how this pasta turns out. It's not like cassava in that it doesn't crumble. I try to find Millet whenever I can. It has been suggested that it is not good for the thyroid, but don't take my word for it. Look into it. Millet should be more widely available in health food stores, in my opinion. Lasagna is something I'd like. ❤️.

I'll admit that I'm a skeptic of millet in general. I only ordered one package to see how it worked. We made a homemade Alfredo sauce with heavy cream, butter, and grated Parmesan cheese, as well as a large amount of baby spinach. Of course, everything is organic, but more importantly, this is my new favorite pasta! Big Green Millet Rotini has the best taste and texture of any wheat pasta, and it only takes 10 minutes to cook.
