It was supposed to be a case of gluten-free pasta, not ONE box of total nonsense. You're one of the issues in this situation; just keep knocking people down while they're down. I hope this review is seen by everyone and you don't sell another item.
I eat a lot of pasta as a native Italian. I'm a picky eater as well. Our family's go-to pasta brand has always been Barilla. For decades, I've relied on for semolina wheat pasta. I've spent quite a bit of time experimenting with new gluten-free pasta varieties. Barilla's Certified Gluten-Free Pasta (made on a dedicated line, without eggs, vegan) is fantastic! Add all of your favorite sauces, spices, and other toppings to your pasta, and the texture, al dente, and flavor are incredible! Given that their certified gluten-free line is made entirely of non-GMO corn and rice, this is a truly remarkable achievement! Thank you for providing such a delicious option! I cried with joy when I was able to eat pasta again, but this time gluten-free.
Being gluten-free is difficult, and most gluten-free pastas lack the same mouth feel as regular pastas. br>The Barilla pasta family is an exception to the rule. It doesn't reheat well, but it's almost as good as the real thing right out of the pot.
After trying a variety of brands, I can confidently say that Barilla is the best gluten-free pasta available. In comparison to many others, it is also a great value. br>br>Cooks and tastes exactly like regular pasta; I only wish there were more shapes to choose from (I really miss bucatini!). You can serve this to non-vegetarians as well. There are no issues with strange texture or taste for gluten-free eaters; it's just pasta the way it should be! br>br>At this point, the only other pasta we buy is Banza, which is delicious but has a distinct flavor that not everyone will enjoy.
This pasta, in my opinion, does not live up to its gluten-free claim. The label is unbranded. After eating it, I developed gluten-related symptoms. Despite the fact that I am confident that all of the ingredients are gluten-free, I'm sure they aren't making it with special equipment because it is free. There are a slew of other gluten-free options. There are a variety of free pasta brands available on Amazon and elsewhere. Instead of Barilla, go to them.
You must eat gluten-free if you are unable to eat other foods. This is a great pasta for warm dishes because it is free. The texture is excellent. However, it should not be used to make a cold pasta salad. As with most gluten-free foods, it develops an odd, hard texture in the fridge. Pastas that are free are acceptable.
This pasta can easily fool you! It has a regular pasta flavor to it. You'll never buy gluten-free pasta like this again. Quite tasty, to be honest.
