Questions & Answers
It tastes like chicken, no, it tastes like any pasta. I had the penne with homemade Bolognese last night, and it was a little heavier than regular pasta.
I've never heard of this term before, so I'm not sure how to respond. Garbanzo beans, also known as chickpeas, are legumes. Best wishes to you.
Gluten- I'm not sure about organic, but it's free and non-GMO.
It's kosher, of course. The kosher symbol on the package can be seen by enlarging the image of the nutritional fact panel.

Cook it according to the package directions for the shortest time possible, then eat it. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a pasta that can be kept in the fridge for a day or two or for meal prep, but it's delicious when fresh!.
It had the following issues: It became soggy, had little flavor, and was mostly made up of starch. When bean pastas first became popular, I was immediately enamored with the concept. They have a higher protein and fiber content than rice pastas, so they're better for you. The fully cooked pasta gains a little more texture and flavor as a result of this combination of characteristics. Banza was one of the first bean pasta brands, and it continues to be one of my favorites. I'm still trying to limit my pasta consumption, but when I do, this is my go-to recipe. to brand.
It's been an adjustment to become a nutritarian. Chickpea pasta had me a little skeptical at first. However, I must say that these are quite tasty. The texture of pasta is achieved without the use of unhealthy ingredients. I'm going to buy some more of these.
We like Bonza pastas, so this is a good alternative. They have more protein and aren't grains, which we try to avoid. My husband thinks the linguine/spaghetti is too stick together, but I like it. This rotini variety appeals to him the most. So we go out and buy both. This is an excellent item.
Of course, because it isn't made with flour, the taste is different, and it takes some getting used to. I made a chicken salad with celery seed, eggs, and relish, as well as onions and mayonnaise. It was fantastic when I added the noodles. I haven't made anything else in a long time. They're just too high in carbs for me. Ugh!.
One of the few gluten-free pastas that I enjoy; high-quality ingredients, delicious flavor, and the noodles have a nice hardness to them, whereas other gluten-free pastas can be too soft and soggy. I strongly advise you to give it a shot!.
Awful. Dry. Chewy. There are a plethora of better gluten-free options available.
It tastes fantastic. Only wish they weren't so expensive, and that they came in larger sizes in a box rather than just an 8 oz box. As a result, they appear to be quite costly to me for a pasta.
