I've been Keto for a long time, so these are a treat for me. The flavor is bland, and the texture is different, for those who are used to regular pasta. Yes, they are a little on the pricey side, but I am willing to pay for the excellent flavor and quality. I've made stroganoff with them and a pasta salad with them - they're both delicious! Both were fantastically successful.

I followed the advice of several reviewers and cooked the pasta for longer than the package suggested, which resulted in the perfect texture. I liked the flavor and was looking forward to trying this product until I began to experience stomach pain. This pasta sat like a brick in my stomach, and it didn't dissipate for another 30 hours. The flavor isn't worth the stomach ache.
