What should I do if I have to refrigerate this? I received this in a warm state. ?

Due to the fact it is a raw, live culture probiotic food, it does not need to be refrigerated however, once it has been opened, we recommend storing in the refrigerator. I appreciate it!

In what amount of servings does each jar serve?

If you are interested in trying other kraut flavors like classic or golden, you might want to give that a shot. Probiotics are just as strong in them as in other brands, so they're a great substitute

There were none of the vitamins I looked at in different health food stores that impressed me. My first stop was the internet, and boy was I glad I did. Having you as a guest didn't disappoint! There is nothing better than it. You can eat it out of the jar and still have so many ways to serve it. This is the best version I've seen so far! It's perfection at its very best. I cannot believe what I've just seen! Since I began selling Kimchi a few years ago, I have been selling it in Health Food Stores. The benefits it provides for health are excellent and boost the immune system. Digestive health benefits are also associated with it. As for the taste, it is fantastic! It's too good to be true! It turned out to be a good one, and I am glad I tried it. Definitely a great thing to do. Despite a lot of noodles, chicken, hot dogs, and brats, we have had enough. This food is good enough for me to eat alone There's no other way to describe it! Having a great time eating this This kimchi is not stinky smelly or terribly hot like some of the kimchi I've had it has a good amount of heat and a good taste Featuring cabbage and some other veggies, this dish also has a nice combination. The product is great and I'll definitely buy it It sounds like a fun activity my kids would enjoy.
