What I can tell you is that my experience with this company was excellent. The 2 packages I received were just as they appeared on the site, and the weight was accurate. It was wonderful to eat such delicious and flavorful olives. The two 900 gram packages were supposed to be sent to you. It is quite possible that English is not their first language, and they mistook it for Hindi. You can readily find out if the package is true 100 grams by weighing it. If it is 100 grams, it would only weigh about 8 ounces. Some reason you got 4 one pound packages, I hope. The same thing happens with my orders of tea, I order one 4 oz package and get two but only half of it. According to what I understand, it is whatever is in stock at the time of sending that is sent. Tea in smaller packages but still the same great flavor. You should contact customer support if you are indeed short 2 pounds of olives. On a side note, Is that what you like about the olives? Do you not think they are the best olives you have ever eaten? This is so much better than pickled olives or plain canned olives, as these are much more flavorful than either. Please accept my sincere thanks for your help. The next week, I plan to place another order myself.
We don't send them to the house in any special container or pack them in ice or deliver them in cold weather conditions. My first step is to put them in the refrigerator when I get them, and the second is to open one bag and place it in a jar and secure it with a screw-top lid. The flavor is so good that I put them in homemade bread and rolls, cut them up into salads, and add them to chicken recopies, eat them with crackers or make a type of tempanaud to mix in with pasta and sweet Italian sausages. They have been in my fridge for more than four months without causing me to suffer any harm. If needed, I would think that, cured, they would hold up for a year to a year and a half. Interestingly, there is nothing on the packaging about this when it comes to the olives, so this is only my opinion of the olives. However, my native language is not one that I can read, so that document may still exist. They are basically the same as I remember getting from their store all the time, and I have been looking for a replacement for them all this time. Olives were always kept in the deli counter so I guess once they were opened or kept just stored, it is a good idea to keep them refrigerated so that the flavor stays fresh Alternatively, fresh cured would be a better term to use. Having said that, the flavor of the olives is strong and earthy, so once you have tasted them you will be unable to eat any other olives with the same pleasure. I wish you all the best The remaining olives in my second bag have almost run out, I am not sure if that shows up on my purchase date. Anyway, it's not the end of the world.

The purchase of these olives at a grocery store without knowing what their nutritional value is was a big mistake. I am pictured here. 230 calories, 37 grams of carbs, and 12 grams of sugars are found in just 2/3 cup of these tasty olives! If you could tell me what's in them to make them so high in carbs, I would appreciate it! The reason I gave 1 star was not because of the above reasons, but was because I dislike the taste of them. You may also rinse off vegetable oil first and then add olive oil before storing, as indicated on the package. There have been reports that others love the taste, but it is not my thing. Perhaps it is an acquired taste.
Those who love olives need to try these olives if they love their flavor. This is not a pickle like green olives with a piece of pimento stuffed in. Having an earthy olive flavor and still having a pit inside, these cured and packed in olive oil mushrooms have a very strong olive flavor and texture. You can add them to salads and your dish will have a pleasant salty bite. On occasion, I might just sprinkle one scoop of these as a seasoning on top of a chicken dish or pasta dish. Even eating them as a snack while watching television, along with a rustic piece of baguette, is good to me.
Despite being plump and meaty, they had a distinct flavor. In addition to rinsing the olives, I chopped garlic, added crushed red pepper flakes, and squeezed lemon juice over them.
Olives like these are perfectly sealed and thus remain fresh for a long time. We love the olives and they are great value for money. The next time I order them, I will definitely purchase them.

You can't go wrong with these olives! There is a lot of importance to shelf life, and these olives meet this requirement. As well as the flavour, the size and firmness are also benefits. The product is great and we will definitely order again.
