This is a six-pack of flip-top cans that I recently purchased. Previously, they required the use of a can opener. Now it is much easier.
Water, olives, sea salt, and ferrous gluconate (added to keep the color stable).
No, I don't think so.

I adore olives and have been known to eat an entire meal consisting solely of olives and a few crackers or slices of bread. Due to a shortage of olives in stores, I jumped at the chance to buy this multipack. The price was reasonable, and I was relieved to have olives back in my pantry. When I opened the can, I noticed that the olives were not completely submerged in brine and were oily. It appeared as if the olive oil had solidified. Okay, it's olive oil; I used it in a hummus recipe. Every can looks the same; the olives are coated in congealed olive oil with a buttery texture. I'm going to smash these up in recipes because I can't bear the idea of handling them as finger food.
I had no choice but to toss them out and cancel my auto delivery. From now on, I'm going to buy Lindsay black olives.
A huge blunder! I love black olives, and I'll eat an entire can of them for lunch if they're the Early California brand, and they're delicious! But these pearl olives are way too salty to eat more than a few! I, too, am a salt fiend, so if I think they're salty, they are! They're also a little gooey. Only a few firm olives remained in my possession. I'm not sure if it's because of all the salt they use, but I've only tried one can so far. I tossed the other five cans in the trash and placed an order for a large package of Early California olives, which I know are delicious. And believe me when I say that the extra dollar is well worth it. These are a waste of money; unless you're chopping them into a salty dip to mask the brine and mushiness, I'd recommend skipping them. I advise you to save your money and invest in a reputable brand.
I like black olives, but these had a disgusting white grey substance floating around in the cans and stuck to the sides. I assumed it was just a bad batch, but the second and third cans did the same thing! So I decided to taste one to see if it was just fat or oil, and it was awful. I won't be purchasing anything else in the future.
Although the product is excellent, the seller is not. If I continue to receive mostly dented cans, I'll probably cancel my subscription. If you're discounting, it's acceptable to sell dented products, but the seller must disclose this information.
Pearls black olives are simply delicious! I consume a large number of different brands of ripe olives. Pearls have a very "fresh" flavor and very few pits or pit pieces, as far as I've noticed. Pit pieces can be found in any can of pitted olives, but I've had many cans of Pearls and have only come across one pit piece- Just ONE! In any case, I recommend the olives for their flavor and quality. The cans have also avoided being smashed due to the packing. Of course, this could change in the future. Compare prices to see if ordering olives from Walmart is a better deal. To get the most bang for your buck, consider the following suggestions. It varies from one day to the next. I hope this information is useful to someone:.
I threw out what I had because they have a bitter taste. There is a significant difference in my opinion. Since I no longer drive and can't get to other stores, I've had to buy my olives from Amazon because my Raley's only has Lindsay and their private brand, which is Lindsay product as well (fact). The Pearls are fantastic, and I'm thrilled to have the flavor back to what I've enjoyed for so long. I was so relieved to discover that these were available on Amazon!.
This is a SMALL olive. It was delicious, but it was far too small for my sandwiches. I'm not sure how they can advertise themselves as "large. " These are the tiniest olives I've ever purchased, and I eat olives almost every day. I like to put olives on my veggie sandwiches, and I prefer the larger ones because I cut them in half. The flavor is comparable to that of any other black olive I've encountered. I'm going to try a larger size of the same brand.
