These and the ones from Auzoud were bought at the same time to compare, and they nearly match each other. However, I found the Auzoud olives to be better, although they are also great. Those who are allergic to this type of olive should avoid it. It's their strong flavor that is so delicious. They are salty and strong flavored.

It is not overly bitter or salty since that is how dry-cured olives taste. But they are supposed to taste slightly bitter and salty because that is how they taste when dry-cured.

I purchased these Olives from Amazon Mina Morocco Olives, Sunfood Peruvian Black Botija Olives, and Essential Living Foods Botija Olives. Each of these dishes requires a few simple ingredients, e. Although this Mina Moroccan olive tastes very salty, there is a wired flavor in it as well. These two are much more appealing to me than the first.
