Product Description

An old English favorite, this tart preserve is made with green gooseberries grown at Tiptree. The fruit comes in a wide variety of colors from green to red to purple and is usually comparable in size to blueberries. In terms of color, the flesh of the berry will match the skin color, but you will notice a slight translucent quality to it.

The Tiptree Company has been growing fruit and making preserves since 1885 in Essex County, England. We grow a wide range of traditional fruits right on the farm across the road from our factory, producing some of the finest preserves & marmalades ever produced.

Our expert recipe is created using traditional methods, including cooking the fruit using copper pans in small batches to ensure the best consistency in quality. Each batch makes only 150 jars.

It is gluten free, nut free, vegetarian, and made in a facility that does not process nuts.

The shelf life is 3 years, the production date is determined by the Julian Calendar code printed on the lid of the product, where the last digit confirms the Julian calendar year in which the product was manufactured.

Gooseberry jam has always been one of my favorites. Although I often have difficulty finding it in my usual grocery stores, if you can find it In the end, I had to resort to on-line It is my first online purchase and I have not been disappointed. Although it's a little chunky, I prefer it because it offers a lot of I like it best on toasted English muffins spread with cream cheese and topped with the I like it.

Gooseberry preserves with a delicious flavor

I absolutely loved it. Neither too sweet nor too salty. The treasure is so easily accessible, I had no idea it was so easy to find. There was no risk of breaking the jars as they were well wrapped. This delightful treat is made from gooseberry preserves. Gooseberry was the last thing I had when I was gifted it by a friend. Her papers have since been lost, and I didn't know where to locate them. There is nothing better than Tiptree.

Breakfast made easy with this delicious My memories of summers as a child are evoked by the taste of this tea. The pie that my grandmother makes from gooseberries arrives from her place, which has a gooseberry plant at the same time. Since the day she passed away, we lost her home, and I haven't tasted gooseberries in a long time. When I tasted this jam, I could picture myself picking these strawberries for.

I like it even though it's sweet and artificial

I'm fine with it. Having grown up eating wild gooseberries in Sweden all of my life, this jam does not taste at all like gooseberries, but it is quite tasty. However, I find it more sugary and artificial than I would like.

If you are a fan of gooseberry jam, you will enjoy this one, even if it is a little pricey. The flavor and consistency are great. During my time in the pandemic shelter, I had to indulge in a little luxury- Describe a location. The experience was well.

As for gooseberries, they are usually quite tart, but offset with sugar in a tasty jam, they are delicious spread on toast or mixed into cream of wheat in the morning. The sour taste is not as popular in America as it is in the UK, but if you enjoy sweet things with a bit of pucker, you might want to try it.

It's like being a kid again! Back when I was a kid, that type of jam was my favorite and we made it ourselves

It took me a long time to find it here by accident, and I didn't know there was a place to buy it. When we were little and made it ourselves, it has the same taste as when we ate it as kids! The only problem with that is that it's not sure I think this is quite a small jar a) I can finish it all.
