This product is a total favorite of mine and I keep buying it over and over. This is what I've done with it stirred it into whipped cream, and baked it with leftover turkey. There has been no mention of fruit pectin or sugar on the label. Sweden does not use anything but real sugar, and I believe they use that in other countries as well.

I use it all the time Since a trip to Ikea has satisfied my need to visit Lingon in recent years, I rarely venture there. Nevertheless, I have been looking for alternatives because Ikea's Lingonberry preserves seem to have fallen off in quality over the years. This product is clearly a step up and has a competitive price. Amazon Prime provides added value which makes it a better buy. In addition, I might add that the packaging is excellent. Among the top two brands I've found, this is one of my favorites.
