This frustrates me so much! I opened the package to find that green flakes were coming out of it as soon as I started to remove the tape

After I opened the box, I found it had no lid on the jar and all the mint that was in it was scattered. It is extremely difficult for me to obtain a refund when I try. The site tells me to go to order history, but if I hit return, it tells me it can't be returned, and I can't find a link to get me to where I can.

All product placed in the envelope after the top is removed

When it arrived, there was no top on the item and the entire package was inside This has disappointed me greatly. I couldn't return it or get a replacement, especially since I couldn't even get a refund.

It had been opened and a bag of mint was inside. I don't know if the bag is clean, so I threw it out.
