It works well in farro salad and cooking, and I saved money by buying it rather than buying fresh mint. It's not the same as fresh mint, but it works great in farro salad and cooking. A bit of the three ounces of mixture was placed in a shaker bottle for later use, and the rest was frozen.

While I am not sure what flavor Mint I want, this one has a very intense spearmint flavor (at least to me). The opposite of what I was hoping for.

My friend ordered a big container of Chef Quality crushed mint leaves for me last week. However, I was disappointed to see that the lid of the container was slightly open from the top and the label was also pulled out from one side. It appeared to have already been used. In light of this, I had to place another mint order. My order was for the Sadaf brand spear mint that is a very good quality product. The flavor of the oil is great with meat dishes and yogurt dips. This product is fantastic and I recommend it highly.
