It can be brewed alone or combined with black tea for a more flavorful cup. Initially, I was a bit hesitant to try this one since I had some bad oolong from them in the past. I'm glad I gave it another try. It's not known to most people, but 1 pound of peppermint leaves equals a lot of leaves. When I read it, I tend to speed through it. 3 heaping tablespoons of the powder in 2 quarts of boiling water works for me. I brew all of my teas in a modified commercial coffee brewer that I have set to steep for longer. I find this to be a more sanitary and hassle-free method. Sweeteners like Stevia are great for use as sweeteners. The next time I purchase this one, I will buy it This is a highly recommended book.

I'm not a fan of the smell, but it adds a nice flavor to Three glasses of water a day are enough for me While I regularly drink four cups of green tea every day, I also purchased this peppermint tea to add to my gunpowder green tea regimen and although this tea isn't as aromatic as gunpowder green tea, it adds a significant peppermint flavor

My summer drinking ritual is to make a great big pitcher of ice tea every day using an ice tea bobber that I ordered on Amazon. A cup of peppermint ice tea is a wonderful treat.
