The reason I wanted to let you all know it IS a powdered peppermint product is that I could not find another on Amazon and this product should be Starwest Botanicals peppermint leaf powder organic 4 oz, this is the one you would receive.

I did not order what I wanted The powder is not the same as the The powder was ordered so that I could use it to make homemade face masks and facial care products, as well as add it to smoothies and drinks

The previous reviewers (in 2014) noted that the texture of the powder was fine. Despite my best efforts, I received chopped leaves and not powdered. Since I was only interested in using the powdered form of the product, I didn't even open it to smell or taste it to assess its quality. In addition, I do find the packaging to be a bit suspect It has always been a pleasure doing business with Starwest Botanicals, and they have always delivered their products in high quality, air-tight packaging It is tight and foil-like The label of their packages should include the logo of the business peppermint in plastic with a plain white label was received in small plastic bags with thin plastic straps The fact that this product has a bad taste makes me suspicious of its source or quality. If I could give it a zero rating, It is a pleasure to be back.

The leaf is not powder, it's leaf! You will not receive powder, you will receive a bag of peppermint leaves, and it is nothing like the image This has been mentioned in a few earlier reviews, but were thought to just be errors

In spite of this, I still ordered it. It appears that the leaf I received today was indeed the same as the photos shown on other customers' web sites. You should not depend on leaves if you require power.

Clean and smelling fresh, the package I received was a pleasure to receive. You can add it to your tea or make toothpaste for your dog with it. I like the price and the quality of the items.

The response I got was this. The bulbs in lights. As far as peppermint leaf powder goes, this is nothing like it.

The flavor is not as strong as I had hoped, but it does add a pleasant flavor to my homemade toothpaste. You will experience a mild, minty taste when using this product.
