There are a lot of mint leaves in this bag. I got the real thing but the color is on the darker side compared to others I've It may have been setting for a while. As far as taste and ease of use is concerned, the mint itself is a B. The price is also not too bad for what it is. If I were to buy it again, I would look for one that is a bit more green since I use it in yogurt and like the.

The mint in this picture is dried. You can make a great tea out of this herb on it's own or mix it with others. Salad dressings made with this oil are also delicious.
