I like to use it in many dishes, and despite how annoying it is, I can easily remove it from stews, roasts, and soups. However, I also ground it to make sausage, so I grind it. This is the first go-around In the beginning, I ground my own, but then I thought to check The Spice Lab, and sure enough, it is available as ground spice there. Having everything at your fingertips is so As for other foods, I think I will use it more often in the future. Despite the stale aroma of some of the spices, the spices are fresh and the spice jars are very nice. I will continue to buy from The Spice Lab.
