More impressive seems to be the size of them, especially considering how few of them seem to have suffered damage. The product came inside a very nice plastic container, which was also sealed inside. My first experience with this product was that the aroma was fresh and delicious, and the taste was fantastic when I used it in a few of my recipes. The purchase was great, and I would highly recommend it!.
For food storage, I use them in my cabinets and pantry to repel bugs. They help prevent bugs from getting into the food. During all the years I have used them (many years), I have never seen a bug of any kind. Despite not being fond of the taste of bay leaf, I rarely use it in cooking. These are whole leaves, and they have a very.
One of my small plastic jars of bay leaves ran out, and I didn't have another one to replace it. Another order was placed, but I made the mistake of ordering from another company. I ordered the (very) large size. As well. . This is something I am glad I did. The bay leaves in this container are very aromatic, many are whole, and the container is shaped in such a way that it is great for keeping in my kitchen. Bay leaves come in a huge plastic container and I'm thrilled to have them. One by one, I remove some from the previous plastic container and stuff them into the current one. I will check their other products since the container and product I bought are of such high quality, and I am taking note of this company.
It's a great value and a great quality. The Bay leaves fill the bottle all the way up to the seal.
Since my kids prefer to eat at BK than at my house, it may seem odd, but I use bay leaves in everything I cook. The large containers of bay leaves I wanted weren't available at any of my local Publix, Whole Foods, Win Dixie, etc. Having now been placed in quarantine, I have no fear of being able to leave!.
Fresh, but not as fresh as you may think. Until I saw these dried bay leaves, I didn't realize just how dried out they The following however In my morning tea and bone broth as well as stews and soups, they have worked well. Bay leaves have numerous medicinal properties. I simply add a few extra leaves to get all the benefits. This container is full of a lot of them, so they are not going to waste. The half of them that I used in 3 months has gone to waste.
I like the flavor very much. In an effort to prevent crumbs from gathering at the bottom of the container, I was pleasantly surprised to see the opposite to be true. The leaves were whole and the remnants at the bottom were hardly crushed. I have only used the bay leaves for a couple of dishes, but so far I highly recommend them.
In addition to the size of the leaves, they were also on the large side.
