I don't sell it, but it's one of my favorites for family dinners.
It is not gluten free, according to the package, because it contains wheat and soy.
Although there is nothing on the label to indicate this, I would recommend calling them at 1-877-777-777. 800- 311- 9884 This is by far the best spice I've ever had - On cedar plank salmon, as well as beef and pork, it's absolutely incredible.
Spray olive oil light or sesame Asian cooking oil for 1 hour or less. It's not necessary to marinate the meat before serving. use.

This is my favorite product, and I've been using it for at least 20 years. Original hickory with roasted garlic peppercorn is my personal favorite.
It's commonly used on beef cuts, but this year I used it on a fresh roasted turkey - came out beautifully browned, with slightly crispy skin and juicy, tender breast meat. Apply a light coat of olive oil and a generous smear of char crust to the entire surface. Stuffed with a half sweet onion, a whole lemon, fresh thyme sprigs, rosemary from my garden, and a whole lemon Two meat probes were inserted from afar. The first is in the breast, and the second is in the thickest part of the thigh. The breast cooks faster than the dark meat, so while most recipes say to cook until the dark meat reaches 180 degrees, I pulled the bird when the breast meat reached 169 degrees (165 degrees preferred) and the thigh reached around 173. It was perfect in every way: not overcooked, not undercooked, and extremely tender and flavorful!.
Nothing I've ever purchased has come close to it. br>These have wonderful flavors and add a lovely char to the dish. I keep mine in plastic baggies to keep them fresh and then return them to their box because a little goes a long way. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat, and I strongly suggest it!.
I put it on everything I cook on the grill - Meat, fish, and vegetables are some of the options available. It adds a lot of flavor, and I particularly like how it keeps the meat (steaks, chops) juicy while cooking. This product should be on the shelf of every cook or griller.
This rub is perfect for slow baking pork ribs in the oven, and it never disappoints.
I bought it on the basis of a gamble. The majority of store-bought seasonings are okay/average in flavor. However, so far, this has been a delicious experience. So far, Java is the only language I've used. However, it enhances the flavor of inexpensive steak. On top, I smeared some butter.
All of the Char- This is our favorite crust seasoning (since chipotle is no longer available), and it's more versatile than others - If you're serving something like pesto as a side, it's always good on pork and chicken without clashing with other flavors.
I can no longer eat steak in restaurants because the steaks I grill with the hickory-flavored Char Crust are far more juicy and flavorful. I've given Char Crust gift boxes to my condo's staff, and they've all raved about it; this rub is fantastic!.
