This is a fantastic seasoning. Today, I used it to make a 12-pound brisket. It has a great flavor and isn't overly salty. According to my calculations, this container will season approximately 50 pounds of meat. For future smoking projects, I'll check out your other seasonings.

Let me tell you, this rub has MSG in it (as should all seasonings) and it really ties everything together. Your brisket will be ready to bathe in the smoke after a thick layer of this seasoning and some coarse black pepper!.
