Questions & Answers
This spice mix comes from Colombia, where it is a combination of cumin, azafron, peppers, garlic powder, and some more that gives it its authentic taste. We mainly use this flavor in dishes where there will be liquid or food simmering or You could use it for example, inside meatballs for pasta which have been simmered in sauce and then tossed in it before adding to it. I do not recommend this as a spice for taco filling, as it will be too dry.

Amazing! I would recommend this product to anyone! My search for seasonings and Colombian food has gotten much harder since I moved from Miami. It's wonderful that I have the option to make my own meals with it. We're the best in Colombia* * * * This is the best product. As soon as my family arrives from Medellin, I will be able to make them empanadas and sancocho de res with this seasoning! It was a pleasure doing business with you. I recommend it 10/10.
I like it, thanks.
Colombian dishes get a boost of flavor and color thanks to this spice There is a style of arepa de Juevo. The arepas turned out great, and I used white PAN flour in combination with Triguisar to give them the yellow color and flavor they should have. I'm no expert, but these arepas de Juevo taste.
What a taste of Colombia. These ingredients are used in masa for tamales or white arepas that are similar in flavor to those.
