There is such a strong difference in flavor and subtlety between this and the version I attempted to make. Spice adds a wonderful taste to many dishes, not just those from North Africa and Morocco. I highly recommend this book.

Having the spices which I bought in October 2020 and have an expiration date of June 21, I used them. It never occurred to me that dried spices would expire so quickly.
