I save a lot of time since I don't have to make it myself since this is such a great mixture. There are members of my family who are Indian, and they all agree that my food tastes great and is Premixed Garam Masala is the only Garam Masala I ever use. I even have it on subscribe and save. Not having to use more than one bottle instead of four is a great convenience. This is a great recommendation.
