I'm overjoyed that Amazon now has it. We've had a difficult time finding Garam Masala, let alone one that is gluten-free (I have Celiac Disease). You should give this spice a try if you haven't already. It goes well with a wide variety of foods. It adds a lot of depth to black bean soup, and I use it in my cranberry sauce all the time. 🙂.
This was the only brand that was available at the time. Typically, these spice brand bottles are underwhelming and insufficient. I've made this recipe twice now, and there's still plenty left over. Spices that are well balanced!.
This is an excellent spice to use in Tandoori chicken and other Middle Eastern dishes. I used it in my Tandoori chicken and it was a nice complement to the other spices, but I believe the gram marsala was the star of the show. You must give it a shot!.
This is something you should have. In my area, this spice is extremely difficult to come by, and even if you do, it is extremely expensive. It's way out of my price range. I've only recently discovered East Indian cuisine and have fallen in love with it. br>This is the most delectable spice combination. For any good cook, this is a must-have item.
I have a recipe for it. Expected delivery - I couldn't find this at my local grocery store, so I'm glad it's available online. I have a crock pot butter chicken recipe that calls for this spice but not curry. My grandson is coming to visit, and while he enjoys Indian cuisine, I do not. So it's ideal.
I decided to give it a try after hearing my sister in Costa Rica use it for her Christmas dinner (pork). My New Year's pork tenderloin dinner had a lovely flavor from this.
For my chicken masala, this is the best blend I've ever found. It's fantastic, but I wish it were more affordable.
It's something I've seen a lot of people use, but I've never tried it myself. When you're looking for a change of pace, this is a great option.
