There was something different about this blend compared to the ones I am There is less cardamom in it, it appears to be mainly cinnamon, cumin, and cloves. Pepper is a key ingredient. In order to give the dish the flavor I desired, I added more cardamom. In general, I do not like this movie.
Originally from India, this blend has a slight sour taste. There are different points of origin for spices, for instance. It is believed that cinnamon hails from Ceylon or Vietnam. As an added bonus, there is cinnamon-flavored ice cream While some originated in Asia and some in the Caribbean, bark from Mexico is one such example.
in, you'll see that the entire list of ingredients is included in the picture. It does not list flour as an ingredient, so I presume it is gluten-free.
Sadly, I am unable to answer this question directly but this brand of 15 blended spices is a wonderful mix that I have used for some time.

As I received a different item from the one listed for sale, the ingredients were different. And also. I was surprised to learn there were (If I could, I would give zero stars.
I was sent an inferior product that was too hot and had vastly different ingredients. Listed below are the packages that have been shipped There are coriander, cumin, dry chili, cinnamon, clove, black pepper, cardamom, black cardamom green, fennel, bayleaves, and nutmeg in this dish.
The package on the webpage includes these items If i had known this much chili pepper was in it, I most certainly wouldn't have bought it.
I am getting back into Indian cooking, and this is a lot of spices for the price. After my purchase, I won't have to consider buying again for a long time as I am satisfied with the product Fry up your spices first when cooking Indian. This delivers a huge flavor boost. ( I believe this is called a concetto? b) Following the instructions on letting each item in the pan cook and release its scent before adding the next. I just wanted to let you know that this makes a significant difference in taste and texture.
This blend did not meet my expectations Cinnamon is mostly noticeable in the taste with a little pepper undertones. Garum marsala blends have been much more complex to me in the past. In fact, I don't have any reason to reorder this, and am an awful lot more inclined to use up this stash. Yes, I could add curry, cardamon, sage, et al, but why waste perfectly good spices trying to improve a bad dish Products that do not meet standards.
Since this is my first time using garum masala, I'm not sure if I should rate it or not. Still, for me, it was delicious. This was a very tasty dish. The notes I received from the spices were all useful. There was a fresh taste to it. It is something I will certainly use a lot more in the future. (In my view) the price was good for the amount of product you get. The packaging is not resealable, so you'll need to transfer it to another package prior to storing it. I do not believe I could make a batch this size for this price. In general, this product has satisfied me in a very positive way.
My recipe had changed, so I had to reorder. I do not know what ingredients are in the new recipe, but it appears to have an overpowering cinnamon and clove flavor that isn't meant for The paper is going in the trash.
I absolutely love it! It was easy to make Chicken Tikka Masala the other night with this, and the chicken turned out SO yummy, It was a lot of value for the price, so it should last a long time. I would happily recommend this product to family and friends.
As a result. On here, the negative reviews said that tasting only cinnamon was unpleasant. I should have trusted those. Cinnamon and pepper were the only flavors I really got. Lastly, there is that slow burn pepper that might seem ok at first, but then builds up in While I enjoy Indian food, the chicken masala here doesn't taste anything like the chicken masala I had in the past. Moreover, I dislike the fact that the ingredients are not identified There is no guarantee that you will get what you expect.
