This has been my favorite tin for years, and I am not sure if it is the same as the smaller tins. There is no doubt that it is red in color and gives the chicken a red color. This is the marinade I use.

We've tried two other brands, both of which were overly hot and tasteless. There is a very mild heat with a rich, spicy, citrusy flavor in this one This is a spice-laced flavor that I have known both in the UK and in the US as tandoori There is only one difference between the two (the price is much less in the Indian grocery stores in the UK) and there is no cochineal food coloring used in those brands The meat in this one doesn't appear much darker than with the other, and it's more orange-colored Its color is yellow. There is no such thing as the perfect color, but there is an important taste!.
The fact that it is no longer available in 400g makes me very sad. I have tried several brands, and this one is the best. My current one needs to be replaced. It's time! It was a very good product at an amazing price, and I'm hoping it returns soon.
Rajah Tandoori Masala tastes great and is my first choice. As usual, I dust it on chicken and cook it. I liked the taste because it was not too hot and not too sweet.
I find the Raja brand to be more flavorful than other Tandoori spices.
It has a great taste, and I love that it has all natural food coloring. In the past, I've used others that made everything that touched.
I like it for marinating chicken because it comes in a large package and it's a great price. Adding yogurt to the chicken overnight and leaving it out is what we did. After grilling the chicken, we eat Chicken is so tender when cooked this way!.
