There is a very good balance between the spices in this blend. There is a combination of spices used here so that the stronger spices (such as clove) do not overpower the others. You can actually smell the blend of spices in there, because it is so well mixed and balanced.
I took a chance on Deep brand garam masala because it was well reviewed and looked like a good deal. I am speechless! Wow, this is awesome! The flavors were very complex and deep, the fruit was very fresh, and the wine smelled amazing. As a spice it has always been great. I've used it both alone and in conjunction with many others in Indian dishes. This is definitely the kind of blend you find at restaurants.
It would be easy to make many more dishes with all that we have on hand!.
This isn't as tasty as the masala we got from India. There is very little to be found wrong with this, but it is a little bland. We're not sure what it lacks. The chicken was still delicious, but I had to add seasoned salt and crushed pepper to bring it to a new level. I still stand. This was a decent meal when paired with some tasty naan.
Garam masala made with this selection of spices is different from the one I've used before. While I find the taste quite tasty, I find that when I use it to make Masada Chai it has a totally different taste. There is nothing to complain about, except that I am the one who has to research the brands in order to know which one The only reason I gave it four stars was because of that.
The way it is here is different from how it is This is a very spicy dish. That is the way it was advertised, so not their fault. In my opinion, the word "spicy" has no meaning. My thought was that it meant the taste of masala was strong.
It would not be worth it to In a strange way, it tastes like perfume. There have been many times when we have tried Garam Masala and it has yielded good results when we have made Chicken Tikka Masala and other recipes with it, but this was so bad we had to throw it away.
