Stir in the vermouth and cook for 1 minute, or until the wine has evaporated. Cover, set the steam valve to PRESSURE (or SEALING), and turn to HIGH after stirring in the broth. Cook for 6 minutes after the pressure cooker reaches high pressure (about 5 to 10 minutes). br>br>Step 3br>Manually release the pressure, then stir in the peas, cheese, and butter, if using, and continue to stir for about 2 minutes, or until the risotto is creamy and the peas are just warmed through. When you first open the pot, it will appear watery, but it will quickly thicken to the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Distribute among four bowls and top with more parmesan cheese. br>br>HAVE FUN!.

It allows me to feed my risotto addiction on a budget
5/5

I found a one-pan lemon pepper chicken with garlic Parmesan risotto recipe on recipetineats. com (google it). You guys are incredible. I needed to find more rice at a lower price after using up my 16oz $9 container of risotto rice from the local supermarket. This is it. This is much more reasonably priced for a better-tasting product, so I can keep my risotto habit without breaking the bank. br>br>However, take a look at the recipe linked above. It's a complete meal in one pan, with none of the stirring that traditional risotto appears to necessitate. Then purchase this rice to avoid going bankrupt by purchasing overpriced supermarket rice! br>br>This comes in six vacuum-sealed rice packs. I wish it came in a single large package (the amount of packaging seems wasteful). At the same time, it'll keep fresh and won't spill all over my pantry, so I can't really complain.

An excellent product delivered to your door at a reasonable price
5/5

For decades, I've made risotto. I am a dinosaur, to be sure. It's a dish I prepare for my wife, as well as for family gatherings and dinner parties. Over the years, I've experimented with a variety of Italian risotto rice brands. This rice is excellent in terms of flavor, value, and ease of preparation. br>br>I placed an order for it a few weeks ago. It came earlier than expected. This past weekend, I prepared my first risotto (with saffron, shrimp, lobster, and fresh peas). It turned out beautifully, and you can't really make a good risotto without good rice. In the past, I've frequently purchased 1 kg bricks, and while I do find that size to be slightly more convenient for the way I use the product, it's a minor issue when compared to the convenience of being able to order online and have the product delivered to your door. I'll keep purchasing this item as long as it's available. It comes highly recommended from me. Although six pounds of risotto may appear excessive, leftover risotto can be used in a variety of ways (e. g. , as a side dish). The rice (e. g. , arancini) and the pasta (e. g. , arancini) , rice pudding) that you'll be happy you purchased.

Arborio Rice is a fantastic and delectable dish! This is an incredible Arborio Rice! I used it today in a Three Mushroom Risotto and it was simply divine
5/5

It was nice and creamy with a fantastic flavor, and I can't wait to use it in my shrimp risotto. br>br>If you cook risotto on a semi-stick pan, you can use this rice. br>br>If you cook risotto on a regular pan, you can Buying it in bulk like this saves a lot of money on a regular basis. In comparison to what I would have paid at my local grocery store, I got twice as much Arborio Rice for half the price. This rice is also vacuum sealed, which extends its shelf life. br>br>The boxes I received had an expiration date of May 2023. I'm sure I'll be able to complete it by then. If you make risotto a few times a year, this is an excellent purchase of high-quality Arborio Rice, which I highly recommend.

Just discovered a broken package
3/5

While I enjoy this product, I noticed that the lining bag that holds the rice was not sealed when I opened a "new" box this week. It appeared to be slit open, in fact. This was extremely concerning, and I would not recommend this product; however, the "return window" has closed, and there is no way to have this addressed or replaced.

I've had this delicious Arborio Rice on several occasions; I can get similar products in stores here for a lot less money
5/5

Each box's contents are vacuum sealed, which likely aids in keeping the contents fresh. The rice is properly "toothsome" when cooked (I use it in risotto), with a nice chew and flavor. Overall, I'm pleased with the outcome.

I make risotto about twice a month, and I've been using whatever Arborio rice I could find at the local grocery store
5/5

It's pricey, unreliable, and of dubious provenance. After a while, I became wise- I got out of bed and went to Amazon to look for something. br>br>I've now made two risottos with this product and can attest that it's not only cheaper than my local grocery store, but it's also of higher quality and freshness. The vacuum packaging is the cherry on top. I'm very impressed, and I'm going to buy more. Thank you, Amazon, for making such a wonderful product available at such a low cost.

The vacuum-sealed bags add a nice touch to the texture
5/5

This rice was ordered so that I could make risoto to go with our Christmas dinner. I was able to make a perfectly creamy risotto using an instant pot recipe, which I had to try to believe would work (the recipe), but it did! I'm glad I went with the six-pack of beer. Because risotto isn't as time-consuming as it once was, I expect it to be a part of more of our family meals in the future. Prefect!.
