They looked tempting and I bought some to use in my overnight breakfast cereal (steel cut). Trying buckwheat groats for the first time was interesting to me, since I had never eaten them before. Like steel cut oats, they look and taste very similar, but with a slightly larger size. As you can see in the photo on the left, buckwheat groats are located on the left, and steel cut oats are located A new grain that I have in my diet was good news to me, because buckwheat groats have some additional minerals which are probably advantageous to me, such as copper and magnesium. In order to make overnight oats using my recipe, mix 1/4 cup oats or groats with 1/3 cup almond milk and leave on the counter for 8 hours or overnight. Our team is available twenty-four hours a day. Put a generous spoonful of peanut butter, some blueberries, and some chopped celery into your breakfast. I hope you enjoy my food!.
